Everything was perfect. The wedding was fabulous and so was the honeymoon. St. Lucia was so beautiful, we didn't want to come home. We got to do quite a few things at the resort, we actually went snorkeling twice. We didn't venture to far away from the resort, except when we ate at the other Sandals resort. It was great, we are wanting to go to another Sandals resort for our anniversary, not sure the first anniversary, but I will let you know. You have been a great help, thanks for everything."

"After months of trying to prepare for the traditional wedding, we decided to do a destination at Sandals Royal Bahamian in Nassau, Bahamas. We found a travel agent, but they quit on us before we were able to get anything going. So back at square one! We found Tracy online and saw that she was a Sandals travel expert. Since we were about 5 months away from the wedding date we chose, 10/10/10, we thought that it was almost impossible to get booked for the popular date.
We emailed Tracy that evening, and first thing the next morning she responded and called to set up a time to talk. Tracy was able to get our date! She stayed in contact with us weekly, and sometimes several times a day! She made sure that we received documents on time and up until the day we left she made sure we had all the information needed (flight info, our wedding coordinator, etc). When we arrived we were treated like royalty!!! Everyone was so nice, and we made a few friends with the staff while we were there. Tracy also worked with my parents to surprise us the day before our wedding, showing up in the Bahamas!!!! CAN WE SAY AMAZING?!? After a week in paradise, we did not want to come back to reality. Our wedding day was absolutely PERFECT!! Once we returned home, we received an email from Tracy to check up on how our trip was. We thought she would be finished with us now that the trip was over. ABSOLUTELY NOT! Not only do we now have a personal travel agent, we gained a new friend! Tracy is AWESOME, she makes things happen, and cares about her clients! We are now in the process of planning ANOTHER Sandals trip with Tracy! "

Hey Tracy!!!!
We had a wonderful time in Jamaica!!! We had a perfect honeymoon!!!!!! Staying at Sandals was an awesome experience! The staff was soo nice to us and they treated us like royalty!!! LOL! I enjoyed being addressed as Mrs. Ellis the whole week! The manager called us to make sure we where ok and to check if we needed anything almost every morning. I am so happy you suggested that resort for us. It was like a honeymooners paradise! That resort is made for people in love. It was a romantic experience for us. At night we would go to the beach side and lay by the pier in the little beds in front of the fire and listen to the waves. We went to the spa and had the couples massage and for my birthday we had a private candle lit dinner by the pier.
There was a leak in the bathroom upstairs from us so they had to move us to another room on Thursday. It was to an upgraded room where we had even more privacy. It was a butler level room without the butler. Which we didnt mind because the concierge staff was amazing! We ended up having the pool all to ourselves for the duration of our stay!
Whenever we had a problem they immediately addressed it and would check back
with us to make sure everything was ok.
We are both still homesick for Jamaica. I dont know if I can travel again and not stay
at a Sandals resort. They set the standards pretty high for us. I have stayed at other
resorts but we felt special there!
We are so sad to be back here and are looking forward to going back next year!
